At the bank we needed to promote the use of the digital account in new businesses, an opportunity for active users and new customers seeking benefits for the use of their own products.

A significant need to leverage the use of the app through new channels, we created a new window to digital commerce and online shopping.

Goal

At the bank, we needed to promote the use of the digital account in new businesses, an opportunity for active users and new customers seeking benefits for the use of their own products.

My Role

I was the lead designer in setting up the bank’s digital store, I was in charge of communicating ideas to other areas, establishin deadlines in the design and development team and create prototypes in low & high fidelity.

Result

The design of the marketplace is expected to increase the use of digital accounts by up to 90%.

  1. The mvp of the store was built with more than 10 functional flows.
  2. Alliances were created with the first companies.
  3. Different promotions were created to incentivize purchases.
